At our lodge, transparency comes first. Our pricing is clear, upfront, and free of surprise add-ons. We work hard not to nickel and dime our guests, and that commitment has helped us build a community of visitors who return year after year. In fact, about 90% of our bookings come from repeat and referral guests, and our calendar fills one to two years in advance. If you have specific dates or a preferred time frame in mind, we encourage you to plan early and reserve your spot as soon as possible—availability goes fast!

Starting 2026 Season: Rates will be subject to a 6% city sales tax, a $65 bed tax, and a $20 per day Halibut stamp

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that you have to cancel your trip for any reason, here is the cancellation policy. If you cancel 120 days before your scheduled trip, the total amount paid toward your trip will be forwarded to a future booking. If you are cancelling within 120 days of your scheduled trip, one half of your amount paid toward your trip will be forwarded to a future booking. In the event that we are able to fill your cancelled reservation with another guest, we will forward your paid balance to a future booking. All reservations may be transferred to another person with no penalty. This strict cancellation policy is due to the fact that thousands of dollars are paid well in advance of your arrival to the lodge and we are a small enough business that even a few canceled reservations can be detrimental to the success of the business.
